About Trevor

Welcome—and thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me.

There’s a good chance you arrived here through a referral from a friend or family member, saw me working in your neighbourhood, or perhaps we met while I was out knocking on doors. However you found me and I’m glad you’re here.

I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes throughout Durham Region and the surrounding communities since 2003. Over the years, I’ve built my business on personal relationships, straightforward advice and a simple commitment: when my clients need me, I show up.

I hold a degree in Business and Economics from Brock University and a diploma in Small Business Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2020, I earned my Real Estate Broker designation.

I’ve proudly called Durham Region home since 2001 and currently live in Brooklin with my wife, our three children and two dogs- Hank & Finn.

I understand that real estate decisions are personal, and I believe you deserve an experienced Realtor who listens, provides honest guidance and never applies unnecessary pressure.
